Called communications: From time to time at the pleasure
of the Worshipful Master, meetings are called several times throughout
the year primarily for the purpose of conducting degree work. We also
have practices regularly. See the calendar in the
Trestleboard

Acacia Lodge No. 16 is a good old country Lodge that you
would be proud to call home.

Built in the 1800's Acacia Lodge is a historical
landmark listed with the
Department of Interior since 1985

Acacia Lodge No. 16 motto is "The Greatest Little
Lodge in the Commonwealth of Virginia."

- There is no Handicap Access to the second floor Lodge room, the first
floor "Hatcher Hall" is accessible, the bathrooms are on the first floor
and are not Handicap accessible.
- Parking is in our gravel parking lot, overflow parking is in the adjacent
gravel parking lot and the paved parking lot of the restaurant across the
street. All parking is free and a very short walking distance.
- Acacia is located about two city blocks from the Towns Fire Department and
rescue Squad.
- Wireless phone use is very limited or will not work at all, the Lodge does
have a phone for local calls only, long-distance calls cannot be placed.
- There is no Internet access.
- There is central heating and A/C.
Stated communications are subject to change, for example: when the 4th
of July falls on the first Thursday and in September when it conflicts with a
Quarry Lodge meeting. Refer to the Trestleboard here
